More Comfortable Review by VRR
Price Value Quality Even though I don't have large breast I can say that the bigger flanges are more comfortable. I would definitely recommend trying them. I don't think it has an influence on the amount of milk pumped though. (Posted on 9/17/09)

Wish I had purchased sooner Review by Matt's Mommy
Price Value Quality I purchased this set of Ameda shields when I dropped and broke one of the shields for my Lansinoh double pump. After searching MANY websites, this set was the best value since it came with two flanges instead of one, for the same price as a single flange on other sites. I didn't realize they had bigger horns until I received them. Now that I am using the bigger horns, I find my pump sessions to be MUCH more comfortable and I don't need my suction to be as high. I can't say I get more milk though, but this is not a problem for me as I am a good producer anyway. I wish I had purchased them sooner (I am in my 5th month of pumping for my 8 month old). Definately worth it if you need a spare or replacement. I don't use the inserts, so I can't say if they are valuable or not. (Posted on 9/14/09)
