Price Value Quality The Ameda valves usually go out after a month or so. If you plan on pumping for 6-9 months you will eventually need one of these. The Ameda parts are hard to find in the stores and it is much cheaper to buy one when you order your breast pump, that way you do not have to pay for shipping. (Posted on 9/7/09)
