Damaged Package Policy
We take every precaution to ensure that your package is shipped to you in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during shipping after leaving our warehouse.
If an item in your order was damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials and call our customer service line or contact us via Live Help within 48 hours. Be sure to have your order information readily available when contacting us.
If you do receive a damaged package, you may refuse to accept the package from the carrier. When a package is refused, it is returned to us. Should you refuse a damaged package, please notify us so that we can ship out a new package to you.
We will not be able to replace damaged items if we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery. This also applies to cancelling or returning damaged items as well.
Please note that defective items are not covered by our damaged package policy. In the event, that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact the product manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.
