Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that you are 100% satisfied with your Ameda breast pump or you get your money back.
This satisfaction guarantee is extended to all Ameda Direct customers. Once you purchase an Ameda breast pump, you have the chance to try it out to see if it’s the right pump for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Ameda breast pump purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
With this Satisfaction Guarantee, you have 30 days to decide if your Ameda pump is the right choice for you. This guarantee covers both new, unused pumps as well as opened, used pumps because we realize that pumping isn't always the best option for all moms.
We are only able to accept returns on pumps that were originally purchased at Ameda Direct
A return authorization number and return address must be obtained from Ameda Direct prior to sending the pump back. To request return authorization information, you may contact us by email, live chat or our customer service line.
All returns must be in their original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for returns without original manufacturer's packaging.
We recommend that you ship your return through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
*The item must be postmarked within 30 days from date of purchase to be returned. This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover pumps that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
You must request a return authorization number and return address prior to sending your order back. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page, contact us on Live Chat or call our customer service line to make your request, the information will be forwarded to you within the next business day.
Your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make your original purchase.
If you received free shipping for your purchase, the refund for your return will be less the actual original shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact amount of your item’s original shipping charge before returning the item.
We suggest that you ship your return through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
